Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown and all the tourist attractions. The service was great, although housekeeping missed cleaning our room a couple of days. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the chef making omelets and Belgian waffles. Overall, a good value for money.
The hotel offers well-decorated and clean rooms, though a bit outdated in design. The refrigerator for personal use incurs a daily $7.50 charge but the rooms are spacious. Night noise can be present.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room on the 14th floor was luxurious with a super-plush King Bed and a separate living room. The service was exceptional, and the location was superb, close to all the key attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit limited. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel offers rooms that are a nice size for New Orleans and surprisingly quiet considering the location. However, the actual room was smaller than expected and not as luxurious for the price paid. The service was very pleasant, with special accommodation for dietary needs and excellent overall service. The location is convenient, close to major attractions in downtown NOLA and within walking distance to the French Quarter. Dining options were deemed too expensive compared to local eateries. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel provided us with a perfectly clean and well-maintained suite, exactly as IHG had promised upon our arrival, but unfortunately, our friend with a separate reservation was placed far from the elevator. The service, especially from Erik Fabacher, the Manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, making our arrangements and stay a breeze. The location was great, within walking distance of many popular places, though at times I felt unsafe walking to the French Quarter. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag with good included meals due to my room reservation, but the pricing for some options was quite high. Overall, the facilities were in good shape and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room I was transferred to due to issues with the staff and accommodations was spacious, clean, and had excellent climate control. The monster-sized king bed was incredibly comfortable, but the missing items from the minibar were a letdown. The service was outstandingly friendly, with staff always ready to assist without being pushy. The location was ideal for exploring the local attractions on foot but lacked some charm in comparison to other properties. The dining options were decent but overpriced, so I opted to venture out for more authentic local cuisine. Despite some drawbacks, my experience was enjoyable overall.
